Terms and Conditions 27bb – Terms of Use

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below carry the following meanings wherever they appear in this document and in any official communication from 27bb:

• "Platform" — the 27bb.best website and all services offered through it, including Sports Betting, live casino, crash games, poker, and slots.
• "User" or "You" — any individual who creates an account and uses 27bb's services, as defined by the eligibility requirements in this document.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the user upon registration, containing balance, betting history, and preferences.
• "Real Balance" — the amount in BRL (R$) deposited by the user via Pix, bank slip, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED bank transfer, available for betting and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Balance" — the amount credited by 27bb as a bonus, subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• "Rollover" — the wagering volume the user must complete with the bonus balance before being able to withdraw any winnings generated by it.
• "Bet" — any selection made by the user in sports or casino markets on the 27bb platform, with a confirmed value and submitted stake.
• "Odds" — the multiplier that determines the potential return of a bet, expressed in decimal format (e.g., 1.75).

Wherever this document refers to 27bb without further qualification, refers to the company operating the 27bb.best platform and all its services available to Brazilian users.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use the services of 27bb, the user must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age years old on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including full name, date of birth, email address, and CPF.
• Not hold any other active account on the 27bb platform — each user is authorized to maintain only one account.
• Not be included on any voluntary self-exclusion list for gambling or Sports Betting maintained by 27bb or any competent regulatory authority.
• Act on your own behalf, not on behalf of third parties, and use the account exclusively for personal use.

Registration is done exclusively through 27bb.best, directly on your phone or computer, with no need to submit physical documents at the time of sign-up. Full identity verification may be required before your first significant withdrawal or as required by regulation.

By completing registration and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out herein. Acceptance is required to access any feature of the 27bb platform.

3. Your 27bb Account

Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials — email, password, and any authentication code — confidential, and for all activity carried out on their account at 27bb. The platform strongly recommends using unique, complex passwords that are not shared with any other online services.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 27bb's support team immediately at suporte@27bb.best or via live chat on the platform. 27bb is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

• Account transfers between users, account sales, or any form of granting account access to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• 27bb reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show suspicious activity, multiple registrations under the same CPF, or evidence of fraudulent use.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months with no deposit, bet, or login may be subject to a maintenance fee, as communicated to the user in advance.
• Your real account balance never expires. Bonus balance has an expiry date as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

When a user closes their account at their own request, the available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key in the account holder's name, once any pending verification is complete. Bonus balances are not redeemable upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The 27bb accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. Pix deposits are confirmed within seconds. Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 3 business days to be confirmed. Credit or debit card deposits are processed within up to 1 hour. 27bb does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or digital wallet may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the registered key held in the account holder's name. Withdrawals of real-money balances with no pending bonus requirements are processed within 24 business hours. 27bb does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts within standard limits.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods and account holders matching the CPF registered by the user — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Users must complete the rollover on any active bonus before withdrawing the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• 27bb reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Deposits made via Pix cannot be reversed once confirmed — the balance credited to your account belongs to the user and may be wagered or withdrawn in accordance with the rules of this document.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 27bb cover more than 80 leagues and competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, and international football competitions. The general rules below apply to all sports markets available on the platform.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed on the platform, identified by the generated ticket number. Bets still being processed or that failed confirmation are not considered valid. Users should keep their ticket number for any future disputes.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body of the relevant competition. 27bb uses official sources — CBF for Brazilian football, FIVB for volleyball, NBA/NBB for basketball — to confirm results. Scoreline errors published by unofficial sources are not grounds for contesting already-settled bets.

• Cancelled or postponed match: If a match is cancelled before it begins or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the account balance.
• Suspended match: If a match is suspended after it begins but before it is deemed official under the competition's rules, bets may be voided. If the match is declared official by the governing body, the result will be used for settlement.
• Incorrect odds: If an odds price is published due to a manifest error, 27bb reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund the staked amount.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake. Cash Out is not available on all markets and may be suspended during periods of high in-play volatility.

Accumulator bets combine two or more events on a single ticket. All selections must win for the ticket to pay out. If one event is voided, the ticket is recalculated without that event. Live bets follow the same general rules, with dynamic odds that change as the match progresses.

6. Casino, Crash Games & Poker

The casino games, crash games, and poker available at 27bb are provided in partnership with internationally licensed and certified providers. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure unpredictable and fair outcomes on every round.

Live Casino: Live Casino tables feature real dealers streaming in real time via video. Outcomes depend on real physical events (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) and are audited by independent companies. 27bb has no control over individual results at Live Casino tables.

Crash Games: In crash games, the multiplier grows randomly and stops at a point determined by a certified algorithm. The user decides when to cash out before the multiplier drops. 27bb has no control over the stopping point — it is determined independently by the algorithm on each round.

Slots: Slots use certified RNG technology. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game information. 27bb does not alter the RTPs set by its partner game providers.

27bb reserves the right to remove or replace games from its catalog at any time without prior notice. Bonus balances do not apply to all games — check the specific conditions of each promotion to see which games contribute to the rollover.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

The 27bb offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time each offer is launched. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New users who register and make their first deposit via Pix, boleto, or card are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit.

• The bonus balance received is subject to a rollover requirement of 30x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 or on eligible casino games.
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses or those with an incomplete rollover after this period are cancelled with no refund.
• Voided bets or bets settled with partial Cash Out do not count in full toward the rollover requirement.
• The same user may not participate in multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once. Duplicate accounts, once identified, will have their bonuses cancelled and may be closed.
• 27bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice to affected users.

Recurring Promotions: 27bb may offer weekly cashback, odds multipliers on selected Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil matches, reload bonuses, and other special promotions for events such as championship finals and the World Cup. The terms of each recurring promotion are published in the promotions section of the platform at least 48 hours in advance.

8. User Conduct

By using the platform of 27bb, the user agrees to act in good faith and not engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, other users, or the company. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or replaces human interaction on the platform.
• Match-fixing, colluding with other users to exploit odds, or any form of sports result manipulation.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to get around limits set by the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting unauthorized access to 27bb's systems.

Violation of any of the conduct rules above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and any balance linked to irregular activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable. 27bb cooperates fully with fraud and money laundering investigations conducted by competent Brazilian authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 27bb does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond the company's control may cause temporary service outages. 27bb will provide reasonable advance notice of any planned downtime.

27bb is not liable for financial losses arising from the user's betting decisions, sports or game outcomes, losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence, or service interruptions caused by third parties such as internet providers or banks.

27bb's maximum total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence on the part of 27bb.

27bb's services are provided "as is" and "as available." The platform makes every reasonable effort to maintain quality, accurate odds, and game integrity, but does not offer absolute guarantees of outcomes or uninterrupted availability.

10. Personal Data & Privacy

The personal data of users of the 27bb is carried out in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). 27bb collects only the data necessary to create and maintain your account, process payments via Pix and other methods, and meet regulatory obligations.

Data collected includes: full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, payment details (Pix key, card data securely processed by certified partners), betting history, and system access information. No sensitive data is stored in plain text — all information is encrypted using modern protocols.

27bb does not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without the user's express consent. Data may be shared with payment partners, game providers, and competent authorities when required by law.

Users have the right to: access their personal data, correct inaccurate information, request data deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), and withdraw previously granted consents. 11. Responsible Gambling

The 27bb believes that Sports Betting and casino games are entertainment — and that entertainment should have healthy limits. That's why the platform offers a set of tools so users can manage their experience and keep betting within a recreational context.

• Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: The platform can be configured to send alerts after a set period of continuous use.
• Temporary break: Users can request a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day account break, during which access will be blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: For cases where a user recognizes that betting is causing problems, long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, with no option for early reversal) can be requested through 27bb's support team.

Betting at 27bb is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Age verification is carried out at registration and continuously monitored. Any underage accounts identified will be closed immediately, with any real-money balance returned to the legal guardian.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The 27bb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes with at least 30 days' notice via the registered email address and through a visible notice on the platform. Minor updates, such as text corrections or clarifications that do not affect the core rules, may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after new Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If the user does not agree with the new terms, they must close their account before the effective date, and any available real balance will be refunded.

27bb is committed to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. For bet or payment disputes, the timeframe may be extended to up to 15 business days depending on the complexity of the case and the need to consult third parties such as game providers or banks.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

By using the 27bb platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document takes effect on its publication date and remains valid until a new version is published.
